E.L.I. (Encompassing Life Issues). If your world is touched by a disability, and you would like an opportunity to meet other parents and caregivers in similar situations, then E.L.I. group is for you. This support group believes that when parents are informed, supported and connected to other families who have been there too, they will be better able to define and meet the needs of their children.
For those of you not familiar with this group, it is for parents and caregivers of children with special needs. They meet the third Wednesday of every month from 7PM to 9PM (no meetings in July, August or December) at The Early Years Centre, 12 Colborne St. N, Simcoe, 519-429-2875 x 235.
